Delete your account

You can delete your Pinvoy account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Pinvoy and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

You need an internet connection. The account is deleted immediately and this cannot be undone.

Without the app

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Pinvoy account". Write from the email address you use in Pinvoy. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us that in the email and we will help you confirm the account. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• your account, email address and name;
• your traveller number;
• the backup of your progress (lessons, answers, stamps, duel results, settings);
• feedback and crash reports sent from your phone.

Copies in database backups disappear within 14 days. Progress stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the account in the app, or when you delete the app.

What may remain

• the total number of players (without anything that points to you);
• emails you sent to us, for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them.
